  22. Not yet, not until '97 at the earliest.  Seeing how there still isn't 
  23. even an Alpha version of the OS, early '97 is a bit optimistic.  Within 9 
  24. months of the P-Macs introduction there were already alpha versions of 
  25. the OS.  Within 3 months there were already development tools.  By the time
  26. the p_Macs were introduced there were already 30 native apps and other 
  27. apps that weren't native had native plug-ins.

  45. You don't have anything to compare high-end Mac and PC's to.  There aren't
  46. any Amiga games with the resolution and fps of Descent on a P-Mac.  There
  47. aren't any games that have 640x480 non-interlaced 8-bit and 16-bit color
  48. graphics with 16-bit stereo active panning sound on the Amiga.

  63. I run ClarisWorks all the time.  It's fast, has all the features that most
  64. people ever need and takes up only 3 Megs of hard drive space (application,
  65. spell checker, thesaurus, converters, and communication tools) and runs 
  66. well in less than 2 Megs of free ram.

  75. hardware is faster.  Run some graphic apps on the Amiga and see which one 
  76. is faster.
